How do I find the right size for my Heelys?
Heelys generally fit true to size. We recommend ordering your normal sneaker size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit as our footwear tends to have a snug, athletic feel.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the wheels must be included in the return package to receive a full refund.
Are the wheels removable?
Yes, all Heelys feature removable wheels. You can easily pop the wheels out using the included tool and insert the heel plugs to wear them as standard fashion sneakers.
Can I wash my Heelys in the washing machine?
We do not recommend machine washing. To clean your Heelys, remove the wheels and use a damp cloth with mild soap to spot clean the upper material, then allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight.
